First, the details. These gummies are providing just one type of bacteria. This is Bacillus coagulans. Each pair of two gummies provides 500 million CFUs (colony-forming units) of this bacteria.
Bacillus coagulans is known to help with issues like bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, and related problems. They even help to process lactose. There are all sorts of reasons that having Bacillus coagulans in your digestive system is quite wonderful.
It's worth noting that you can also get Bacillus coagulans from yogurt, kimchi, and sauerkraut. But there will be people who don't want to eat 500 million CFUs of those foods every day.
I found the Schiff probiotic gummies to be easy to chew and flavorful. There were no off flavors or aftertaste involved. So in terms of having an 'easy' option to get the Bacillus coagulans, Schiff is a nice way to go.

What that means is you can't take a gummy of Bacillus coagulans for a week or two and expect it to then be in you happily forever. Bacillus coagulans is one of the types of bacteria where you need to keep taking it daily in order for it to do its work.
So it comes down to whether it helps you personally or not. For me, it's helpful. If you're having one of the problems it can help with, I suggest giving it a try. If you find it makes a difference for you, then it's a healthy, useful part of your routine.
